Mohawk Haircut

Mohawk is a tribal haircut of Iroquoian-speaking residents of North America. North American tribal people shave off all their hair before war just leaving a narrow strip down the middle of the scalp from the forehead to the nape. Some believe the cut as a representation of rebellion, but the millennials embrace Mohawk as a style statement of the era.

Induction Haircut

Induction is a clipped haircut without any guards for the hair. This haircut comes under military haircuts that have been used by military folks since decades. Some other cut of this group includes – Burr Cut, Butch Cut, Regulation Cut,Fade, High and Tight, High and Tight Recon and Crew Cut. All these cuts were popular since First World War and now is a super hit trend of Summer mainly for the tropical and equatorial regions.

Caesar Haircut

Caesar cut – the haircut with a square front and a short horizontally cut fringe, is a common cut, but the name is not very familiar. As it is a short haircut, it flatters a variety of hair types and is, of course, a low maintenance style for anyone.

It goes well with any first timers and you can experiment the style with its modified forms like – Textured Caesar with Closely Cut Sides, Short and Traditional Caesar Cut, Straight and Faded Caesar.

You can also ask your stylist to experiment the cuts with coloring the fringe or can go for a nice undercut. Another modified version of Caesar Cut is making the hairline rounded, which practically devoid of any fringe and so can be maintained comfortably.

Spiky Short Haircut With Faded Temples

Short hairstyle is the traditional look for any men. And this look is updated by the faded temples that blend smoothly with the short haircut. This trend is also inspired from the military cut, but the fade adds flavor to the cut. An edgy, spunky looks make the look gorgeous. Spiky looks is also a popular trend among females of this era. Spiky hair is even best for salt and pepper hair, as it is super stylish and easy to maintain.

Mushroom Haircut

Mushroom Cut is a good choice if you want to keep your hair short and simple. With the mushroom cut, you have to carry rounded volumes of hair at the top with short graduated neck and the sides with the sweeping bangs. However, Mushroom cut can also be combined with an undercut, with fringes at the front.

Emo Haircut

Emo hairstyle is for those who prefer little longer strands. To get the Emo hairstyle, you must keep your strands really long. Emo is a term derived from the word emotion that belongs to a blend of punk rock and an alternative music genre. Emo hairstyle lives and breathes with a flat iron – yes! Hello beautiful girls… Do you want to surprise your spouse with some trending hair styles? Are you looking for the latest new hairdos to beat the heat and stay stylish? Well, I can give you a super easy idea to catch eye anywhere and at any time. All you need is to know making a perfect french braid, which is quite easy for anyone I guess?

Things you need

  • Rat tail comb

  • Few rubber bands

  • Hair Spray (optional)

So let’s get started.

double braided hairstyles

It is basically an Edgy French Braid Ponytail tutorial which goes perfectly for clean and greasy hair as well, but your hair needs to be at least shoulder length to get the style.

  1. To start with, you need to section the front portion of your hair into a “V” and continue doing a French Braid. As you need a wide braid in the front, so start taking a bigger section at the front. After taking the front hair potion, continue braiding just like the normal with the front section only. Secure it with a rubber band. You can use hair spray to get a perfect finish.

  2. Next, continue with the upside down braiding of your hair. Take a large section of hair from the back, divide it into three sections and continue braiding just like the normal french braid. Secure it with elastic and use hair spray for a perfect braid.

  3. After completing two braids, you should have two neat french braids (normal and upside down) and two loose sides of your hair without any braids.

  4. Now, you need to join these two sides into a high ponytail. To do this, brush the sides well and then secure the two braids and these loose hair portions together with a good band to get the perfect braided ponytail.

  5. Open your braids after the making ponytail to get the high upside down french braided ponytail.

French braid ponytail comes with different styles and hairdos that should make you remember among your friends and folks.

However, this hair style is not very suitable if you have a high forehead. But don’t worry, there is an alternative hairdo much similar to this one for you too.

  1. For this style, you need to braid two sides of your hair and get two neat braids. You can apply hair spray to get a neat look.

  2. Tease the front portion of your hair for the ponytail to add extra texture to your hair. You should start it from the back edges of your hair.

  3. You can add further styling by allowing some loose bangs to highlight your face and finish it off with hair spray.

Tips For The Style

  1. It is normal to feel that you are going wrong when making the upside down braid, as you cannot see your braid. It happened to me, and I had to redo it twice. But, if you can make a normal front french braid, stay confident as you can do the upside down one too. No need for any REDO.

  2. Use hair sprays to keep your braid neat and out of any mess.

  3. If you have curly hair, your hair will easily get tangled. To avoid this, brush your hair often while styling and keep it tangle-free.

If you want to achieve a voluminous hair, you can make your hair wavy overnight and that too naturally. All you need is to do is dampen your hair, make 3 -4 braids (however you feel like) and get a good sleep with these braids. The next morning you will get up with nice and wavy hair.

Wavy hair creates a great voluminous braid. So, go for it and enjoy braiding!

You can also style it to double braided side ponytail, double braided messy bun, and double braided side messy bun too.

Hope this post help you in braiding and styling. I am looking for your happy feedback on the same.
